Eletcro System Return and Refund Policy

 

At Eletcro System, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide the best shopping experience possible. While we do not offer refunds, we do have a comprehensive replacement policy to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Please read the details of our Return and Replacement Policy below.

 

Eligibility for Replacement

 

1. Damaged or Defective Products:

   - If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, you are eligible for a replacement.

   - Please report any damage or defects within 7 days of receiving the product.

 

2. Incorrect Products:

   - If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a replacement.

   - Please report any discrepancies within 7 days of receiving the product.

 

 Non-Eligible Products

 

1. Software and Digital Products:

   - Software, including operating systems, productivity suites, and antivirus software, are not eligible for replacement once the package has been opened or the product has been downloaded.

 

2. Wear and Tear:

   - Products that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or general wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.

 

3. Personalized Items:

   - Personalized items or custom configurations are not eligible for replacement unless there is a defect or error on our part.

 

Replacement Process

 

1. Initiating a Replacement Request:

   - To initiate a replacement request, please contact our customer service team at Eletcro System.com@gmail.com within the specified time frame (7 days for damaged, defective, or incorrect products).

   - Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting photographs or documentation.

 

2. Approval and Instructions:

   - Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide instructions for returning the product.

   - You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with the returned product.

 

3. Returning the Product:

   - Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

   - Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

   - Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.

 

4. Processing the Replacement:

   - Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the replacement.

   - A replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost within [specified time frame, e.g., 7-10 business days].

 

 Important Notes

 

- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product to Eletcro System. However, Eletcro System will cover the shipping costs of the replacement product.

- Inspection:All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. If the product is found to be ineligible for replacement (e.g., due to misuse or not matching the reported issue), the original product will be returned to you.

- Limited Warranty: Some products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers certain types of damage or defects. Please refer to the warranty documentation included with your product for more information.
